Julia Kern, 2nd Form

One of my oldest Resident Evil characters, Julia Kern had a long history with the Umbrella though her family and her own life. However, the same family connection eventually sealed her fate as a test subject, and for over 9 long years she was experimented on with different viral combinations. Through them she gained the ability of shifting her shape between 3 to 4 phases or forms. This is her second mutation.
